Please click on the links to open important informational documents regarding your culinary discovery. When making reservations for a trip, please print and sign the documents. Then, return to us via fax or mail. Or, if you prefer, contact us and we will send the necessary documents to you.

Reservations - Reservations Booking document. Note - this is a Microsoft Word document that you can right-click, choose save as to save onto your computer. Then it's a breeze to open and print.

Travelex insurance - Travel insurance is highly recommended. It can provide you with coverage such as emergency medical benefits for unexpected medical expenses, trip delay and trip interruption protection, baggage loss or delay, etc. Culinary Discoveries offers several different travel insurance plans from Travelex Insurance. Review and compare the plans available and choose the one that's right for you - TraveLite, Travel Plus, etc.

Liability Document - A necessary document for all travelers. This document can be open and printed from the internet and returned to us.

Payment Options - Deposits are necessary to secure your booking. We will be able to accept credit card payments via a secure web server very shortly. In the meantime, personal checks will be accepted.
